Arabica Coffee Bean
Arabica coffee beans are sweeter and smoother to drink, often with fruity aromatic notes and high acidity. Most of the coffee beans used around the world are Arabica. The term “100% Arabica” refers to the quality and type of the bean. It originates from Ethiopia and South Sudan. Arabica coffee grows between the Tropics of Capricorn and Cancer at an altitude of 900 to 10800 meters and takes from 8 to 9 months to mature. It is prepared using the wet processing method which makes it more expensive than other coffees.
Due to its unique chatacteristics in terms of aroma and the taste it leaves on the palate Arabica has captured 70% of the worlds trade market.
Arabica coffee has become a trend of recent years in Turkey due to its excellent taste when brewed correctly.
